The distance between pin centers is called the pitch. The pitch is what categorizes the size of the chain & sprocket. The larger the pitch, the higher the load rating. Multi-strand, small-pitch roller chain & sprockets are a good solution for high-load, high-speed applications.BK27 Pulley 1/2″ bore is directly interchangeable with other manufacturers, is 2.70″ in diameter, and is manufactured in accordance with ARPM Standard IP20 for safe operation. It works with belt sizes A, 4L, B, 5L, AX, BX, AA, and BB. What separates this BK27 pulley from the others is that it is made using a high grade-35 cast iron, is phosphate coated, painted, and balanced at the factory. Using the grade 35 cast iron offers a higher10sile strength and is more wear resistant than the more commonly used grade 25. While the phosphate coated and then painted finish adds corrosion resistance to the BK27 pulley. Then, because this pulley is dynamically balanced it runs smoother which gives bearings and other comp1nts of the equipment a longer working life.
