In some cases it means that we actually develop and manufacture very special chain & sprocket types for 1 particular customer. In order to be able to do so, 3 things are important:AK89H Pulley uses an H-Series Bushing, is directly interchangeable with other manufacturers, is 8.75″ in diameter, and is manufactured in accordance with ARPM Standard IP20 for safe operation. With AK series pulleys you can use A-Series v-belts, AX cogged v-belts or 3L-Series v-belts. What separates this AK89H pulley from the others is that it is made using a high grade-35 cast iron, is phosphate coated, painted, and balanced at the factory. Using the grade 35 cast iron offers a higher10sile strength and is more wear resistant than the more commonly used grade 25. While the phosphate coated and then painted finish adds corrosion resistance to the AK89H pulley. Then, because this pulley is dynamically balanced it runs smoother which gives bearings and other comp1nts of the equipment a longer working life.
