BL1488 The product well displays environmental protection and energy saving. corrosion- and wear-resistant coiled tubing injector roller chain & sprocket assemblies for the oil and gas industries. Available in single and double pitch drive chain & sprocket types with various sizes and power rating. Features include zinc-nickel and non-hexavalent chromate protective exterior coating, electrochemically bonded, and interference fit cover plates.Leaf Chain & Sprocket is manufactured to ANSI (American) standards and is a heavy-duty series of leaf chain & sprocket. The most common applications for leaf chain & sprocket is forklifts, material handling, and lifting applications that require a high strength and heavy duty chain & sprocket. The standard BL1488 leaf chain & sprocket that we offer is manufactured using high quality comp1nts (pins and plates) that have g1 through special manufacturing processes to ensure strength and durability, more so than other leaf chain & sprockets on the market. This chain & sprocket has a 8X8 lacing and is supplied as 10ft boxes, reels (25ft – 50ft), and cut to length sections upon request. Standard Series Specifications:
